Yoga At Thrive 

We believe Yoga is the perfect compliment for our style of training at Thrive Fitness.  

We are lucky to have two wonderful Yoga Teachers as part of the Thrive family offering different styles of yoga so there is something for everyone based on your needs.

 

Classes can be booked on a Pay as You Go basis, with member discounts and class passes available.  

Lotus Flow 

Mondays 7.15 pm -8.15 pm

Lotus Flow is considered a type of vinyasa styled yoga and is an outline that works with the chakra system. Lotus Flow is a very holistic outline that usually makes everyBODY in the space feel balanced.

If you are showing up to class because you are feeling deeply lethargic, then the class should make you feel energised. If you are feeling anxious and overwhelmed, the practice should help support you to feel grounded and calmer.

£8 per session (£5 for members) Class passes available

Buti Yoga 

Tuesdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm

This is not your typical yoga class!

Buti Yoga is a style of yoga that combines plyometrics, tribal dance and dynamic yoga asanas for an intense workout. Expect a high energy session with an incredible soundtrack that will leave you feeling strong and empowered! 

£8 per session (£5 for members) Class passes available

Ashtanga Primary Series

Wednesdays 7.00 - 8.00  pm

A traditional dynamic form of yoga that works with the breath enhancing full body strength and flexibility. This modified version of the Primary Series is strong and as the set sequence becomes more familiar poses deepen and a meditative flow develops.

£8 per session (£5 for members) Class passes available
