Suitable for all levels of fitness with a max of 8 people per session. Sessions must be pre-booked online.

MONDAY
5.30 - 6.00pm PM
Sweat & Shred
If you like lifting weights, working up a sweat and want to get strong, this is the class for you!
Sweat & Shred is a 30 minute fast paced full body strength workout focused on building a strong and balanced body that is free from injury and feels good.
Think burning muscles and sweaty brows, go hard then go home!
Monday Club
6.15 - 7.00 PM
We are big fans of a hardcore Monday workout.
We believe you should never skip your Monday workout as it will set you up for the week!
Mondays aren’t our favourite days, but they are made SO much better when you come to the Monday club!
This is a 45 minute beasting from Will, it could be an AMRAP it could be an EMOM, it could be both? Don’t know what those are? Only one way to find out!
TUESDAY
Full Body 30
5.30 - 6.00 PM
A 30 minute intense full body strength session.
Classes will vary week to week, it could be kettlebells, barbells, bodyweight, as long as it helps us to build strength it’s in! This class is perfect for those who want to build strength and tone, and for those who are short on time, we make the most of every minute!
The Red Zone
6.15PM - 7.00PM
This is all about pushing your fitness to its limit, getting you into that Red Zone! This is a 45 minute high intensity interval training workout that will work every muscle in your body and have your heart pumping (bring on the exercise endorphins!) Perfect for those who want to improve their cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximise calorie burn.
Getting to that Red Zone is tough, but the results are so worth it!
WEDNESDAY
5.30 - 6.00 PM
Circuit Session
A full body circuit session, come ready for anything! We promise you a sweaty full body burner that will leave you feeling better than when you walked in!
6.15 PM - 7.00 PM
The Hybrid Session
One session, two elements of fitness – your strength and cardiovascular fitness.
In this 45-minute session you will achieve a full body workout that will make you stronger AND fitter, what’s not to love! Expect some high intensity fitness circuits coupled with some heavy lifting to achieve maximum results in one session.
THURSDAY
5:30 - 6:30pm
Bars N Bells
If you like lifting weights and want to get strong, this is the class for you. A 45 minute class focused on building a strong and balanced body. In the session we will use either barbells, kettlebells or dumbbells and we will focus on correct form and technique for the best results.
Friday
FML Friday
6:00am, 7:00 am, 9:15am (45 minutes)
Possibly the toughest session of them all, on Friday’s we really push you to your limit.
Now is the time to really dig in and push harder than ever before, this is a test of your mental strength at much as your physical. A mixture of strength and CV training made FUN. At one point in the session you will probably be thinking ‘FML’ but you will feel such a sense of achievement when you walk out of that door (bring on that Friday feeling!)
SATURDAY
8.30 - 9:20 AM
Weekend Mash Up
Smash your way through a 45-minute workout, 6 minute rounds that are all completely different.
One round you could be lifting heavy weights, next round you could be racing on the Ski Erg with your workout buddy. It's little bit hectic, pretty damn hard, but a hell of a lot of fun!
