We strongly believe in the power of group training and building a fitness community. 

We believe real training occurs when a coach knows and understands each person they are training. 

Having small group sessions means we can give you the time and attention you deserve and will mean you achieve maximum results from each and every session.

Our sessions will focus on all aspects of fitness: strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance and mobility, building a truly strong and healthy body.

We are happy to offer two memberships depending on your needs and preferences.

NO lock in contracts, your monthly payment will be taken by Go Cardless every month, and  you can cancel at any time.

The Full Works: £80 per month

This is the complete package!

Unlimited access to ALL sessions including our female only morning sessions, 26 sessions a week in total to choose from.

Off Peak : £60 per month

 

For the later trainers!

Membership includes access to 16 classes a week with our three Trainers.

 

Classes include: Any 9:15am session

All evening sessions, any Friday session & our Saturday session. 

Ideal for those who want to train with us at least twice a week.

Monday & Wednesday: Full Body Burn

Kickstart your week with an intense full body session to get your heart pumping and light up every muscle in your body. 
Expect to work hard, to feel the burn, to sweat. We promise you will leave feeling amazing and ready to tackle the week ahead!

Tuesday & Thursday:  The Strength Session 

The clue is in the name, this is all about strength. The session is designed to improve strength and build lean muscle for a well-balanced, functional body. We will work all major muscle groups, a top to toe strength session in one hit.

Friday: FML Fridays - open to all 

On Fridays we really push you to your limit.
Now is the time to really dig in and push harder than ever before, this is a test of your mental strength at much as your physical.  A mixture of strength and CV training made FUN.  At one point in the session you will probably be thinking ‘FML’ but you will feel such a sense of achievement when you walk out of that door (bring on that Friday feeling!)

Members only sessions run Monday - Friday at the following times: 

6:00 am - 6:45 am

7:00 am - 7:45 am 

09:15 am - 10:00 am 

Female Only Morning Sessions

Membership Sign Up 

  • Morning sessions dedicated to our female members only with a maximum of 10 women per group

  • 3 morning sessions to choose from, running from 6:00 am – 10:00 am for 45 minutes

  • Access to all Pay As You Go events  including Yoga (usually £8 per session) with all four of our Trainers. 

  • Unlimited support from Lisa

  • Be a part of our members only community

The Full Works: £80 per month

Evenings & Weekends: £60 per month

One Week Free Trial 

We offer a one-week membership trial (give us a chance to impress you!) completely free!

The trial gives you access to all of our members only weekday classes running Monday – Friday from 6:00 am - 10:00am and any Pay As You Go sessions within that week. 

Your trial is valid from the date you attend your first session with us.

  • For the later trainers! Open to men, women, and everyone in between!

  • Access to 14 classes a week with all four of our Trainers. 

  • Ideal for those who want to train with us at least twice a week. Two classes on a pay as you go basis could cost you £18. At £15 per week, you can come to as many as you like!
