We are passionate about making fitness fun! Exercise is a privilege to be enjoyed and should never be a chore, we want you to enjoy your workouts with us and look forward to coming to the Thrive studio. That is why we are offering a one-week trial where you can test out all of our classes, completely free. No obligation, no hidden T&Cs, just a week of free workouts on us.

We have 24 sessions a week to choose from, our timetable covers it all - strength training, HIIT sessions, boxing and hybrid training.  Our sessions focus on all aspects of fitness: strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and mobility, building a truly strong and healthy body so you can Thrive.
