It’s time to stop chasing a number on the scale and start pursuing your potential!
This isn’t a typical gym membership; you will be joining an 8-week challenge in our private studio where we go after strength gains and improved fitness.
We’ll help you to stop focusing on the number on the scale so you can focus on yourself!
Your 8 Week membership includes:

Benchmark Session at the beginning at end of challenge to compare your results and achievements (this is suitable for the complete beginner through to the experienced gym goer!)

Access to unlimited workouts with 24 classes a week to choose from, including: Strength Training, HIIT Sessions and Hybrid.

Classes run from 6am to 6:15pm in small groups of a maximum of 12 people in our private studio in Cheney Manor. No overcrowding, no feeling lost at the back of a big class.
